Program Accounts are those who buy many buildings that are so close to the same description that Nucor’s design team, working closely with the customer, can develop prototype buildings that can then be delivered with predictable pricing, schedules and performance. Nucor’s outstanding ability to manage program logistics provides the key to success for Program Account customers. These buildings tend to be many in number, and geographically dispersed.

About Jay

Jay is a veteran of Nucor, beginning his career on the joist and deck side at Vulcraft, a sister company of Nucor Buildings Group. He served as a sales engineer, and then spent seven years as a district sales manager before moving to Nucor Building Systems South Carolina as the Division Sales Manager.  Jay received a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from North Dakota State University.

About Bob

Bob began his career in the metal building industry and has over 40 years of industry experience as a District Sales Manager and a National Account Manager. He joined Nucor as an NASM in 2002. Bob focuses on national companies located in the Northeastern region of the United States. He also works with Dollar General and Fed Ex Program Accounts as well as the aviation, freight and transportation industries. Bob also represents NBG at the National Business Aviation Association trade show.

About David

Prior to joining Nucor in 2008, David spent 20 years in the construction industry concentrating primarily on commercial and industrial construction projects. As a National Account Sales Manager, David focuses on the recycling industry and steel services and steel fabricators market. David also works with the power and energy industry and will represent NBG at the Power Gen show. National companies within the Southeastern region of the US are part of David’s focus along with  key Program Accounts – Dollar Tree, Family Dollar and Bridgestone/Firestone.

Justin has nearly 20 years in the construction industry. Working as a foreman and a project coordinator, he developed skills in all facets of interior systems and design build solutions. As a National Account Sales Manager, Justin represents the Western regions of the United States and Canada. He focuses on markets for Data Centers, Ports, Oil, Gas and Agriculture industries.

About Steve

Steve has been working in the metal building industry for over 30 years. He began his career working for a metal building contractor gaining field construction experience and learning the erection process for metal buildings. Steve has served as District Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and then joined the National Account Sales team. He works with National companies with focus on the Western regions of the United States and Canada. Steve services target industries – Waste and Recycling, Aviation, Agriculture, Lumber and wood products, Automotive dealerships, Tire & maintenance, and Equipment Rental. He will be representing NBG at the Aviation and Waste trade shows.

About Finton

Finton began his career in the metal building industry over 45 years ago. Starting out as a detailer, then spending many years in sales and customer service, has provided Finton with a unique perspective that allows him to relate deeply with the customers and provide solutions that meet their exact needs. Finton focuses on National companies based in the eastern region of the United States, along with target industries – Freight/Transportation, Grocery, Retail and more. Finton is a past president of the MBCEA Carolinas Chapter and serves on their Board.

About Don

Don started his career in the metals industry as an Authorized Builder for a pre-engineered building manufacturer, transitioning to District Sales Manager, Marketing Manager then National Sales Manager.  In 2013, before joining Nucor Buildings Group, Don worked at Nucor’s Grating division serving in Regional Manager and Director of Marketing and Communications positions. Don is focusing on the steel services, fabricators, ag and ports markets, as well as servicing major accounts in the Midwest and Eastern United States and Canada.

About Jocelyn

Jocelyn brings over 26 years of experience in the PEMB industry to our Preferred Partner Program.  Prior to joining Nucor Buildings Group as a Project Coordinator, she managed Component Sales for the Midwest territory at American Buildings. As NBG Preferred Partners Coordinator, Jocelyn will serve as a primary 1Nucor contact networking across Nucor’s product groups.  She will focus on ensuring that steel product leads are delivered to the appropriate divisions.
